We operate a Mailing List under pinned by Mail Chimp. If you have chosen to sign up to our Mailing List you will have provided your name, email address and the name of the builder of your house. We require your name so that we know who has subscribed, your email address so that we know where to send any Newsletters we may send out, and we asked for your builder so that if we have specific correspondence to share about a specific development within Woodilee we can send targeted correspondence as required.
Your data is held by MailChimp and they have their own privacy policy which you should read. Your data will not be shared with any other third parties.
You can opt out of receiving correspondence from us via the mailing list by unsubscribing at any time. There are links in each email we send out by this method that allow you to unsubscribe. You can also do so by clicking here.
Issue Tracker / Ticketing System
We have installed software on this web site that allows you to tell us of any issues that you are having that you would like us to help you with. In order to use this system you must provide us with your name and your email address. Any other information you provide is up to you and will only be used to respond to your query.
Depending on the nature of your query it will be handled by one or more representatives of the Woodilee Residents Association committee.
The information you provide may be shared with third parties that we work with (RMG, local council, the consortium of builders) but only so that we can support you with your query. We will not share your personal details unless it is necessary to do so, and you agree to it. We will contact you to ask prior to sharing any personal information you have provided.
We will also use the information you have provided to understand any trends or patterns about the types of issues residents raise with us. No personal information will be used for this purpose.
If you do not provide us with sufficient information to deal with your query we may not be able to provide you with the support you need.
If you have raised a ticket using this system you can ask us to remove your data at any point. However, we will be unable to provide you with any further support.

You can send us a message either by filling in the form at the URL above, or by emailing our contact@woodilee.org.uk email address. In both cases, emails are sent to a GMail account. By sending us an email you will be providing us with a minimum of your name (as entered in the form, or as set up in your email software) and your email address. You may choose to provide us with more personal information in your message, but you must only provide us the required amount of detail to help with your query.
