The consortium of builders appointed RMG as factors for the Woodilee estate. Residents are currently required to pay fees annually (with monthly direct debit options) to cover maintenance works such as grass cutting, weed control, play park inspection/repairs, etc.
RMG provide a portal where residents can :
- View statements
- Make payments
- Report faults/issues
- View announcements (work being undertaken, issues identified, etc)
- View newsletters
